PICTURESQUE: 48 HOURS IN LJUBLJANA (IN PHOTOGRAPHS)
I spent last weekend in the capital of Slovenia, lovely (and very clean) Ljubljana.
Here are few of my favorite places in photographs.

PICTURESQUE: PIRELLI CALENDAR 2016
Close to the end of the last year Italian tire company Pirelli presented his annual publication known for its long history, limited availability and artistic photography of beautiful, underdressed models- Pirelli calendar.
This year’s calendar presented quite an admirable change in its aesthetic approach and diversity of the subject matter, change that Pirelli, according to Annie Liebovitz, the photographer of this year’s calendar, wanted to make for quite a few years. It took the right moment and the right people to make that shift.
MOVING PICTURES: STORIES ABOUT LOVE (part one)
There are countless stories about that one great love, that one great meeting and that instant connection between a beautiful girl and equally good looking boy told through the moving pictures. Paris, je t’aime
A month has passed since the light of his night was covered with darkness. A month has passed since the never ending mélodie was replaced by the hopeless weep. A month has passed since the day the beauty of his streets was forgotten. Many lives were taken, even more were changed and will never be the same.
Neither will Paris.
WEDNESDAY WISH LIST: ROOKIE YEARBOOKS
Quite a few years ago I saw a picture of Alexa Chung and little girl with a huge bow on her head in the corner of the page in Cosmopolitan magazine. She seemed and looked different, especially sitting with all the fashionistas in the front row of Dior runway show. There was no doubt. Her personality and her creativity were as large as that pink bow.
PICTURESQUE: Camera solo by Patti Smith
“Sometimes, if I crave silence I turn to my Land 250. The experience of taking Polaroids connects me with the moment. They are souvenirs of a joyful solitude.” – Patti Smith Continue reading “PICTURESQUE: Camera solo by Patti Smith”
